Annual Cattails Art Festival
May 15th // 10am - 5pm
In the spring we have an Art Festival, which is a juried show. Artists are invited to set up and sell their artwork on the porches of Cattails and The Lodge. We have live music and wine tastings.

What's Cookin'
We have our private label canned goods for weekenders to enjoy. You’ll find salsas, pickled asparagus, blue cheese stuffed jalapenos, portobello mushroom pasta sauces, salad dressings, preserves, and cobblers in a jar. Other food products include pastas and sauces, olive oils, dip mixes, chili mixes, and soup mixes.
We make casseroles on Fridays; usually poultry or beef. You'll notice we don't offer seafood dishes. That is because we leave it to the experts. Matagorda has some great restaurants for fresh seafood.
