Chateau Bubba's Tight Fittin' White - Pinot Grigio

A succulent introduction hinted by the gentle scent of honey and herbs. This dry straw-colored wine is light yet pleasingly tart with softening hints of green melon. The finish is clean and crisp. It marries well with pastas in cream sauce, fish, and grilled chicken. BUBBA SAYS to try it with the other white meats like fried frog legs or grilled squirrel!

This Monterey Pinot Noir offers a balance of heady fruit notes and savory characteristics. The wine is bright and fruity up front, with raspberry, sweet cherry and rhubarb flavors. It has some hints of roasted nuts, fresh herbs and spices with a touch of vanillin oak. The tannins firm up towards the finish which becomes nice and lingering.

Enjoy this wine with lamb, grilled salmon, salads, roast duck or chicken, pasta and cheese.

This wine has a pale straw color. It displays real fruit intensity. The gooseberry flavors blend well with fresh red peppers and underlying nectarine, pineapple, grapefruit and passion fruit flavors. The nose features lime, lemon and lemongrass scents. A well-balanced wine showing the lively, crisp acidity associated with this style.

This wine goes well with grilled oysters, shrimp and salmon; poached white fish; fresh green salads containing olives and feta.
